Gulfcoast Ear, Nose & Throat is pleased to offer telehealth services. This technology assists our providers in conducting remote patient visits during the COVID-19 Pandemic. We are pleased to offer this functionality to all current clients.
How to get started
Complete Self Check-In.
Self Check-In can only be done from a desktop PC, Mac or Tablet (iPad/Android). Mobile Check-In is not yet supported. Things to know:
- Check-In can only be successfully completed when done on the date of your appointment. You cannot do this in advance.
- Click on the Self Check-In link contained in your Appointment Confirmation and Appointment Reminder emails.
- When arriving at this page select "Click Here to Check-In".
- 10 minutes before your visit to press the Telehealth Video Link in the Appointment Reminder email you will receive form our office. You will then be ready to meet with your provider.
Launching Your Telehealth Video Session
Once the patient has been Moved to Exam Room, your provider will see you and launch the Telehealth session to begin your visit.
